Mathew brings more than 19 years of transactional and advisory experience across multiple industries. As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), he specializes in helping business owners understand the key drivers of enterprise value and develop strategies that increase company worth before an eventual transition.

Having completed dozens of successful transactions, Mathew combines deep financial expertise with practical business insight to help owners improve profitability, optimize cash flow, prepare for due diligence, and maximize valuation. His data-driven approach allows business owners to make informed decisions that strengthen both their companies and their personal financial futures.

Thomas Flanagan, CBI®

Co-Founder | Certified Business Intermediary | Business Growth Advisor

Thomas brings extensive experience in operations, strategic planning, business development, and business transitions. As a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI®), he understands what buyers seek in acquisition opportunities and helps owners position their companies accordingly.

His expertise centers on building scalable systems, strengthening operational performance, reducing inefficiencies, and creating organizations that can thrive beyond the owner's direct involvement. By focusing on long-term value creation, Thomas helps business owners increase transferability, improve marketability, and prepare for future growth or exit opportunities.
